Staff Machine Learning Engineer
Design, develop, test, and implement software components that support notification, advertising, search, and content-recommendation systems. Build software modules for click-through rate, conversion-rate, lifetime-value, ranking, bidding, and personalization functions; develop software for search re-ranking and search agents using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation; create feature-engineering, training, and inference pipelines used by internal applications. Develop tools for experiment analysis, perform software debugging and A/B test evaluation, and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate these software features into production environments.
Require: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering. 2 years’ experience in job offered or as a Senior Algorithm Engineer. Experience in designing and optimizing search re-ranking and building AI search agents based on large models and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
